Veteran’s Passport To Hope depends on the support of members of our community to provide funds for a wide range of local organizations who help U.S. Veterans and their families in the Colorado region. These organizations offer assistance to veterans to help with their physical, mental, emotional and financial needs.
This year, one of our corporate table sponsors of Veterans Passport To Hope’s 2015 Gala, “Stay the Course” is Haynes Mechanical Systems of Greenwood, Colorado.
Haynes Mechanical Systems is a Platinum Sponsor of the gala, and without their tremendous generosity and other organizations like them, we would not be able to provide funds which offer different services to U.S. Veterans who are in need. Some of these organizations include Project Sanctuary, Angels of America’s Fallen, Colorado Coalition for the Homeless – Homeless Veteran’s Reintegration Program, and Patriot Anglers, just to name a few, who have made a positive impact on thousands of veterans and their families’ lives.
Haynes’ has generously helped us, and we would like to tell you a little more about them.
Haynes Mechanical Systems is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and has been in business for more than 45 years maintaining and upgrading mechanical systems in commercial buildings across Colorado, and Arizona.
They have experts in energy, building automation, and mechanical equipment that assist companies in navigating the increasingly complex world of building technology. Their services span Mechanical, Energy and Technology.
- Mechancial – Haynes understands building mechanical systems and the important role they play in asset management. Their programs are preventive and predictive, forecasting future risk to help contain unplanned costs. Hayne’s world class delivery platforms provide a superior overall value, with highly trained and seasoned technicians working diligently on mechanical systems. Systems continue to age and fail while the cost of energy is rising. Understanding equipment lifecycles helps in establishing a proactive plan for buildings.
- Technology – Along with maintenance, building efficiency and capacity are important in controlling multiple operating costs. Integrating all of a building’s systems to be automated and controlled in one centralized place makes sense for both monitoring and managing a building. With the evolution of the internet and other technology, industry standards have shifted and there is opportunity to integrate systems at a lower price point than ever before. Haynes’ uses an open license platform which means greater flexibility as technologies continue to change and improve, and implements a comprehensive scheduling and alarm management features making an automation system truly customizable to fit maintenance and overall building goals.
- Energy – According to the EPA, decreasing energy costs by 30 percent in commercial real estate is equivalent to increasing net operating income by 4 percent. Haynes Energy Insight program provides tools that benchmark energy for a single building or a portfolio of buildings. Evaluating trends in energy use and establishing a historical perspective allows customers to identify metrics for performance, establish baselines and set goals.
